Refund & Cancellation Policy
RMSALEBAZAR projects are scoped individually. This page explains how cancellation and refund terms are handled; your accepted written proposal or service agreement must state the specific amounts, milestones, and conditions for your project.
No online checkout
This website does not accept payment, collect card details, or place a service order. Contact-form enquiries are sent through an email-delivery provider; quick-request forms may open an email draft that you choose whether to send. Do not pay until you have reviewed and accepted a written proposal identifying the contracting entity, scope, fees, payment schedule, and cancellation/refund terms.
Requesting a cancellation
Send a cancellation request to {email} and include your project reference and requested stop date. Cancellation takes effect when confirmed in writing. The project agreement determines charges for work already completed, approved milestones, and third-party costs that cannot be recovered.
Refund assessment
Any refund due is assessed under the accepted project agreement and applicable law, taking account of payments received, work performed, and non-refundable third-party commitments disclosed in the proposal. No blanket money-back guarantee is offered by this website. If the proposal does not explain cancellation or refund treatment, ask for clarification before authorizing payment.
Where a refund is approved, the confirmation will state the amount, payment route, and expected processing time. Bank, card, and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Advertising and third-party charges
Advertising spend, app-store fees, subscriptions, payment-provider charges, and other third-party costs are separate from agency service fees unless the proposal expressly says otherwise. Refund eligibility for those charges is governed by the relevant provider's terms.
