These terms apply to your use of rmsalebazar.online. This site introduces RMSALEBAZAR's digital advertising, app, website, booking, and related services. Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not itself create a paid service contract.
Project proposals and delivery
Before paid work begins, the parties should approve a written proposal identifying the contracting entity, deliverables, project scope, milestones, target delivery dates, client dependencies, approval process, included revision rounds, fees, taxes, and payment schedule. The accepted proposal or service agreement governs those project-specific details if it differs from general website information.
Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and timely access, content, approvals, and decisions from the client. Any seven-day delivery commitment applies only where that timing is expressly included in the accepted proposal.
Fees, advertising, and outcomes
Package cards on this site are scope guides and currently show custom quotes. Any advertising budget, taxes, third-party subscription, gateway charge, or other pass-through cost must be identified separately in the proposal before approval. This website does not collect payments or card details.
Advertising reach, sales, bookings, app downloads, and other business outcomes depend on factors outside the agency's control, including platform review, auction conditions, audience response, and the client's offer. Calculator outputs and demo screens are illustrative, not a promise of results or a production service.
Client materials and third-party platforms
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for materials, brand assets, customer lists, and claims you ask us to use. Work involving Meta, Google, app stores, payment providers, or other third parties remains subject to their terms, policies, availability, and approval processes.
Payment methods displayed on this site are possible integration options for client projects, subject to provider eligibility and setup. They are not a statement that RMSALEBAZAR currently accepts those methods.
Revisions, cancellation, and governing terms
Included revision rounds, change requests, cancellation steps, refund treatment, and any applicable governing-law clause must be stated in the accepted proposal or service agreement before payment. Please request clarification in writing before approving work. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Website use and contact
Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or interfere with its operation. Website content is general information and may change as services are updated.
